Payment
We accept banktransfers and creditcards via Paypal. Buyer pays all shipping costs, duties and import taxes. All items must be paid for within 10 days or we reserve the right to cancel the sale.
Items may be returned undamaged within 7 days of receipt. Buyer to pay all shipping costs in all circumstances.
Shipping/ Insurance
We've sent lots of delicate items throughout the world without any problems. We pack professionally. Everything is double-boxed. Postage (and insurance if required) is at cost. For smaller items we use the normal POST.NL post-services. They are relatively cheap.

We do not charge for packing or handling on smaller items. However, furniture and larger items may require additional packing and handling by a specialist shipping company for which we will be happy to arrange a quotation.
TNT-post insures packages sent within the European Union for a maximum of €500.- and outside the EU for only €146.-.
